Gridfinity tray for delta sander 5x3 / 4x3

This Gridfinity-compatible tray is designed for the Parkside PMS160 delta sander but also fits many other delta sandersof similar size and shape. It offers a clean and compact storage solution for your tool cabinet—no more loose cables or tools sticking out.

You can choose between two versions:

a standard tray that fully encloses the device including the cable port,

or a short tray that saves space and allows the sander to overhang slightly, ideal for use with an additional sandpaper box.

Design Notes

Built from a personal need to keep tools neatly organized inside a Gridfinity-fitted tool trolley, this tray maximizes function while minimizing footprint. The standard version (5x3 Grid units) fully covers the sander including its rear exhaust port and cable exit. The short version (4x3 Grid units) captures only the tool's base, allowing the rear section to overhang—this pairs well with a sandpaper storage tray underneath (e.g., by MasterChillerX).

Both versions include built-in slots for EU and US power plugs, allowing you to wind the cord around the sander and secure it in place.
Thanks to its generic shape, this model may also work with other delta sanders—check dimensions before printing.
