legecy *not a TM - is a fun leggy backplate for CMF Phone 2 Pro. While this model is made purely for the contest, I would argue that any phone might need some legs. The model is based on a better template backplate by Tobias Stanzel that does not require any supports for printing.
Features
- Funny legs to make your phone special
- Realistic legs with knees bending in the “correct way”
- Print in place, no assembly or tinkering. Take it of the plate, screw on your phone and go
- The legs are not obscuring the USB Type-C port or the speaker of the phone
- The SIM card tray will be partially blocked by one of the legs, but this should hardly be a problem for most people (who put in a SIM card once - anyway, you need a tool for that)
- A thin backplate - no additional size to bother you in everyday life
- Printed on the back, meaning you can transfer your build plate texture to the model
How to print
- Layer: 0.2 mm or finer (will be even better)
- Supports: NO SUPPORTS under the legs - they will block the legs and you more than probably won't be able to make them movable. You can put supports under the screw holes if you like
- Material: PLA / PLA+ / PETG / other
Add-ons
- A leg-aware mini phone stand
- Layer: 0.2 mm
- No supports
- Material: Any
- Nothing extra
