Description
Most aluminium tubes are not sized very precisely (at least one of mine were), so the models here have been adapted to fit the tubes that I bought.
You will probably need to resize the model (for the 3mf-files) or change the parameters in FreeCAD to fit them to your needs.
To save time and materials, you can cut the models so only the part going over the tube remains (e.g. in Prusa Slicer).
After you found a size that fits snugly with your tubes, print the whole model.
I use only tubes in 20x3mm, 18x3mm and 14x2mm (meaning 20mm outer diameter and 3mm wall thickness, i.e. for 14mm darts). All models should also be adaptable to 22x3 (e.g. for the Cold Steel blowguns).
To save time and materials, you can cut the models so only the part going over/into the tube remains (e.g. in Prusa Slicer).
After you found a size that fits snugly with your tubes, print the whole model.
Print on the thicker side, possibly with a brim. 2 Perimeters and 15% infill. Or however you like :)
No idea if the slotted mufflers indeed improve the dart flight, but I know they are commercially available, so I modeled one up.
