Magnetic Top Lid for Prusa Core One - adaptable to any magnet size

I wanted a simple magnetic top lid for my Prusa Core One that held firmly in place and had tabs for easy opening.  I found this great model – https://www.printables.com/model/1226383-prusa-core-one-magnetic-top-cover-with-integrated -- but I wanted something simpler and I enjoy 3d modeling so I created this.  You can either download one of the pre made magnet carriers that fits your magnets, or download the blank magnet carrier and cut out whatever shape magnet you have.  Step files, so modify as you see fit.

Directions:
 

• Print four of the corner pieces, join them together to make the frame rectangle
• Print up to four magnet carriers per corner depending on how much magnetic grip you want (I filled them all for a nice tight fit)
• Place your magnets in the carriers, then put the carriers in the slots in the corner pieces
• On a flat surface, push the stock rivets in place to hold the lid to the magnet frame.
• You're done, pop your lid on
   

Print Settings:

PETG for max strength, magnet carrier slots facing up, organic support on the three holes and that's it.

note - don't judge the finish of my part in the photos 😅  I used Elegoo Rapid PETG and I will never buy it again.. it sticks to the print bed like concrete and the finish isn't great imo.
