CI Gypsey Caravan Floor Vent Hatch

The model attempts to be true to the original vent dimensions to allow interchangeability with the original parts.

There are two versions of the frame, one with, and one without, a chamfer at the floor edge. For the bottom (underside) frame, use the version without the chamfer. For the top frame, you can decide which works best. The overhang of the chamfer may not always print nicely, depending on your printer setup and the filament used.

The FreeCad file is included if tweaks are needed.

FLAP HINGE:
The flap hinge consists of two pieces of 2mm steel wire bent in a U shape.
