Mickey Mouse Ears ChapCap Chapstick Keychain
This is another entry into my ChapCap Chapstick keychain series. This one looks like Mikey Ears for the Disney fans out there.
This fits on a standard Chapstick, Blistex, or generic lip balm tube to hang it on your keys.
All ChapCap models have a small hole so you can use a paper clip to remove the cap and transfer it to another Chapstick.
Printing:
Filament doesn't matter, although I designed for PLA so keep shrinkage in mind with other filaments.
NO supports. The model is designed to bridge over the center.
I use an internal brim as I find they are easier to remove with a deburring tool than outer brims.
You can use a relatively low infill for most of the model, but I included a 3MF with modifiers added to increase the infill for the ears. I use 90% concentric infill for the ears.
