Modified parts of the OpenAstroGuider, for use with my OpenAstroTracker (OAT)

These parts have been modified to use M3 threaded inserts (the guider scope mounts), and the camera lid has been changed to include a cable clamp / strain relief for the USB lead. The parts amended with ‘JC’ replace their counterparts on the OAG GitHub.
