Description
Fatbottom boats are commonly found in the shallow waters troughout the Netherlands. As the name implies, the underside of the hull is flat, maximising space without requiring deeper waterways. The fin on the side functions like a keel to keep keep it even more flat. Sometimes reffered to as an Aak, Rivierklipper or Tjalk.
The hull is split into 2 parts, for printing it on smaller printers. Pieces of 1,75mm filament can be added as reinforcement to glue them together. I used an old paintbrush for the mast, and made the pirate flag with some folded cardboard. dding sails would be inconvenient for gameplay purposes, so i chose to ignore those parts when modeling.
