20x20 profile drill adapter handle

On my way to a new upcoming DIY tool I always wanted to build I came up with this idea for a 20x20 aluminum profile drill adapter handle, which I will not use in the end, but I kind of liked anyway. It may serve some good use for some of you…

It contains an adapter with a handle for the used mini drill motor plate and the down below linked 20x20 sliding bearing wheels plate.

Just insert some M5 nuts and bolts and you have a super cheap mini drill.

This drill will be one part of the new tool I will show soon. So stay tuned. ;-)

Parts needed:

• M5 nuts, M5x25 screws with a round head
• 1x Wheel bearing sliding plate for 3D printers
• 1x Mini drill 12V/24V
• 1x Motor speed controller 
• 1x 12V/24V power supply

Printing instructions:

• 0.2 speed profile.
• No supports needed.
• Fuzzy skin paint on option used too to give it a little more grip.
