Description

A travel case that holds everything included in the Philips OneBlade “Face + Body” box in a 200mm by 90mm form factor!

Features

Everything clips in, so don’t worry about something falling out!

The blade holders can be labeled so you never forget which blade you used for which body part! They can optionally be printed with a single filament swap to make the text more readable. A version with no text is also available in case you want to add your own!

There’s three accessory holders for the face comb, the body comb, and the adjustable comb.

The charging cable can be wrapped perfectly in the middle. Just put the USB end in its place and follow the grooves while looping it tightly until the other end reaches its holder!

The lid also fits on the bottom of the case so you have someplace to put it while you’re using your OneBlade.

Printing Instructions

The case can be printed at a 0.25mm layer height, but lower layer heights should also work fine.

I went for a 10% infill with the “Cubic” pattern.
Print one instance of:

  • The base of the case (case.stl),
  • The lid of the case (lid.stl).

And print up to four instances of:

  • The blade holder (bladeHolder.stl, bladeHolder_Face.stl, bladeHolder_Body.stl).

Assembly Instructions

Insert the blade holders in the base of the case by pressing them in firmly. They snap in, but you might want to add a drop of glue if they end up not being secure enough.
