Little finger orthosis

This is a orthosis for my little finger, it prevents over flexing of its PIP Joint (proximal interphalangeal joint) which in turns makes it “pop” and not in a good way, this prevents that by limiting joints upper travel and allows my brain / finger to adjust by acquiring muscle memory not to over flex this joint.   

I wear it as in Picture, this is a 3d scan with little modification to allow me to reprint them, it is more hygienic this way as wearing only one for the whole period (4 months) is a good way to find out if you can have an infection
