Paddle Board Fin

6/29/25 Update: Added holes for key lock string

I needed a short, shallow-water fin for my inflatable stand-up paddle board and couldn't find any I liked online for the slide-in fin box that is common on most inflatable SUPs. 

This fin is approximately 11.5" long by 4" tall and will just barely fit on a standard Prusa Mk3 build plate. I printed a locking tab design I found on another Printables model.

I printed with PETG and gyroid infill (add height range modifier: 80%-100% up to 10mm and 60% onward). Check out Jim Thompson on YouTube for another option for adding strength to a 3D printed fin.
