Holder for Customized Sanding Sticks with Labels

I designed this holder to hold both 100% scale sanding sticks and 122.3% scale sanding sticks, more on the 122.3% scale later, the holder will hold a total of 16 sanding sticks, the original size in the front, and the larger one in the back.

The sandpaper I got from Home Depot is always 3-⅔ inch (9.31 cm) x 9 inches (22.8 cm), the 100% scale sanding sticks will not able to take the whole length of the sandpaper, and the rest will go to waste, to able to use the whole length, the sanding sticks will need to enlarge by 122.3%, see photo will make more sense.
