Description
My CT150 was not holding liquid in one of the glass tubes, after taking it apart it was very apparent that one of the rubber seals that pushes up against the bottom of the glass tubes had ripped.
These are replacement seals that can be printed in TPU. You can change the springiness of the seals by changing the infill density. The seals are slightly smaller than the retaining springs, helping them stay centered on the metal bar.
There is also a spring locator included as well. This helps locate the small end of the spring to the bottom of the tubes. These should be printed in a chemical resistant filament like PETG.
With these two improved parts the rigidity of the plate is much better. This should allow it seal better.
