Sunlu S2 Base with Humidity Fan Duct

This is a base for the new Sunlu S2 filament dryer (2023+ version with included fan) that redirects ~20% of the included fan to purge air out of the chamber. Swap with the stock base takes just a few minutes - the original wiring is taped inside, so try to remove that after taking out the heater screws and pull gently. Everything comes apart pretty easily so long as you work slowly to not pull off the wiring.

Uses all stock fasteners for the blower fan and base mounting. Prints well in ABS/PETG or other high temp filaments. Requires minimal supports for the two bottom mounting holes, but you may be able to bridge without any supports.

There are four small holes on the bottom to add screw in rubber feet, or adhesive backed rubber strips can be used.

Bonus Version: Opening up the base created an opportunity to load desiccant beads or bags - I'm not certain on the efficacy here as the air path into the beads is very restricted. They should get partially dried by the hot air though, so might as well try it!
