Blyss A018I-12CH hose adaptor

This suits the Blyss A018I-12CH but may fit other models with a 150mm exhaust.

I wanted to move my air conditioner from the office to the bedroom for sleeping and didn't want the hassle of moving the hose so I purchased an extra hose and created this adaptor as I couldn't find it for sale anywhere.

This was printed out of HIPS for prototyping purposes but ill need to reprint out of ABS.

Print settings:

.2mm layer height

5 wall loops

100% infill

Grid infill

Support on

Placement on build plate:

Place with the flat flange down, this will mean a small amount of support will be created to keep the print level this should ensure the best print

Notes:

This print MUST be printed out of a temperature resistant material a carbon fibre filled ABS or NYLON filament would be suited to this. I'm currently using a HIPS prototype as a test and it has begun to warp.

This would be best printed solid in materials that are on the edge of temperature compatibility such as ABS, Carbon fibre filled NYLON Could be printed with less infill and not creep or warp from the heat.
