Overview

This is a modification of RyukyuDs design that solved the problem of what to do if you want to hang the tape dispencer bellow something else like a shelf. 

Features Over Orriginal

1. allows for hanging bellow a surfice
2. male and female ends to counteract the bowing seen in versions with only one fixed end

Assembly Instructions

1. Push on the ends of rod like a normal module 

Instilation Instructions

1. present to the surfice in question
2. use a pencil to mark possiton
3. drill holes were pencil marks are
4. screw in apropriate screws by hand to get around the problem of hitting the rod
