Injects O2 from an oxygen concentrator machine into brewing wort, this is achieved by passing gas into a stream of wort during transfer which is agitated by an aerator built into the gas injector part.

It is intended to be used when transferring wort from a brewing kettle into a fermenter. The aeration tool should be connected in-line between a brewing kettle and the fermenter.
The unit is sealed and should not leak but note that if you choose to use it then it is at your own risk. Wort must be chilled before transfer. Printed in PETG.
Notes:
- External threads are standard BSP type
- O'ring seals: the o'rings ensure that the unit is gas-tight and there are no leaks, they are required for the tool to work correctly
- seals need to be added to the injector and the inside of the inlet and outlet (gooves are provided to locate and hold the o'rings in place
- 6 o'rings in total, I used:
- 4 x on the injector body - 20mm ID x 2mm diameter
- 2 x (1 on the inlet and 1 on the outlet) 8mm ID x 2mm diameter
- additionally please use normal flat rubber circular seals for all other fittings
- regulator included with BSP threads - the regulator is not required, it is only included as I created it for an earlier version but it may be helpful to someone
- inlet - male BSP 3/4 (UK garden house type)
- Inlet part is to be used for both the inlet and the outlet
- The injector should be oriented with the 4 aerator holes facing upstream (towards the brewing kettle) and the 9 holes facing downstream (towards the fermenter) so as to create negative pressure thereby pulling the gas into the stream of liquid.
