This is a 3D-printable deck filler cap designed for fuel, water, or waste tanks on boats. Originally modeled for a Catalina 30, it fits a deck fill fitting with an outer thread diameter of 47 mm.

🧰 Includes M3 hole at the bottom to attach a chain (to prevent it from falling overboard)

🧵 Uses a 44×2 mm O-ring for a tight, splash-resistant seal (can also fit 44×1 mm)

💧 Print in PETG or ASA if used for fuel or long-term outdoor applications

PLA prints are not fuel-resistant and are best for temporary or prototype use only.

Print Settings (Recommended):

Layer height for threads: 0.08 mm

Infill: 20–30%

Print orientation: vertical (threads facing up)
