This is an attachment for your vacuum cleaner to remove any debris when drilling holes into walls. It can suck itself to the wall even when used with an 18 volt vacuum cleaner such as the Metabo AS 18 HEPA.
Design Features
- rotating vacuum attachment to create a straight path to the vacuum
- debris transportation channel to avoid the “huge dirt spot” problem of most other designs
- individual vacuum areas to allow the device to work with battery power vacuum cleaners. This design has been tested with a Metabo AS 18 HEPA on a heavily textured wall
- the base is wide enough for optional 6x3mm sealing compression tape (Amazon). The adapter will stick to my heavily textured wall at max setting without the tape or at low power with the black sealing tape (see picture showing bottom)

Assembly
- stick vacuum attachment through hole in disc. Apply plastic glue to the inside ring of the “locking ring”. Press ring onto the vacuum attachment and rotate the part while it dries
- apply sealing tape if you intend to use the device on a very uneven wall
The .3mf files are setup to increase the feed rate after the first layer and reduce back to 100% a few layers before the print is done. feed rate 120% on the disc and 115% on the vacuum attachment. This works fine on my Prusa Mini and MK3S with PLA.
