KingKong 90GT RX/VTX/Camera Mount

Angled camera mount for KingKong 90GT. Replaces stock VTX mount plate that camera is glued to. 4 camera angles provided, 15deg, 20deg, 25deg and 30deg. Top plate is wide enough to mount the VTX and FrSky RX side by side. You can still access the buttons on the VTX and RX for changing channel and binding as needed using a thin allen wrench or tool. Hole in top plate to pass the RX Antenna through for strain relief, and rear mount for zip-tie to keep VTX antenna out of the props. Overall adds about 1.5-2g to the Quad and protects the camera, VTX and RX much better along with increased viewing angle making it easier to fly FPV at speed.

Prepare to install:

• You will need to de-solder the VTX from the ESC board so you can remove the stock CF plate. You can re-solder it back on once removed as the new mount does not require it passing through any holes etc.
• If your camera hasn't already come loose from crashes, you'll need to break the CA glue holding it onto the VTX plate as well as the base frame. There is a small piece of CF spacer under the camera, you will no longer need that either.

Items you'll need:

• 3x8mm (or 3x10mm) nylon screws. These are a bit longer than the stock ones.
• Small Zip-tie for VTX antenna
• Double sided tape for sticking the VTX and RX (if desired) to top plate. Mount them so the buttons face down.

You may need to file the sides or the lens hole in the mount for your camera to fit properly depending on your printer's tune. On my printer it fits perfectly without adjustment. The fit of the camera is tight as its a friction fit. If yours is loose, you may need to put a drop of CA or hot-glue to secure it in the socket.

Installation:

• Test fit the notch under the camera mount to the bottom plate of your KK 90GT. Its a friction fit, should be tight, but not impossible to get on. File/sand as needed.
• Test fit and file as needed the mount to fit your camera. Press camera into the mount, it should go in and be recessed about 1.5-2mm from the end of the mount to protect the lens. Pay attention to orientation, the wires should be at the bottom of the camera, otherwise you might be flipped 180deg.
• Stick your VTX and RX onto the top plate with buttons facing down. Orientate them so your VTX Antenna is closest to center in the back, and RX antenna can go through the small hole behind the camera.
• Install a Zip-Tie in the rear hole, there are small notches for it to lock into so it doesn't slide sideways on you. Trim as needed to fit the antenna.
• Slide the mount onto the front of the frame, the 4 standoffs should line up with the top plate's 4 posts.
• Install and tighten the 4 new screws and you're done!
