Dodgy Turin DF54 Bellows Collar

I made this very thin (1mm) collar to hold the bellows more securely on the Turin DF54. Presumably it will also work on other DF54 nameplates. You might have to scale it by tiny amounts to get the right fit with your printer. I found that a 0.5mm diameter change made a noticeable difference in fit.

Update 06/29/25: I increased the slight “catch” rim that grabs the small indentation in the metal collar of the bellows by 0.5mm.
