50mL conical tube darkness storage canister with screw-on lid

A storage canister with a screw-on lid used for keeping solutions contained within 50mL conical (Falcon) tubes protected from light. Ideal for solutions containing light-sensitive reagents such as imidazole, phenol, and antibiotics (e.g. Ampicillin, Kanamycin, Tetracycline, etc.). Useful in science laboratories that use such tubes and reagents. Cannot be stored in a rack, as it is too large, but it can be stored by itself due to having a flat bottom.

There are three models to choose from, all of which use the same lid.

1. 50mL_conical_darkness_storage_canister_body_balanced-shape_v1.stl: The model I recommend most people print, as it is the most versatile. Compromises between stability, space, and plastic use.
2. 50mL_conical_darkness_storage_canister_body_thin_base_v2.stl: The original model which has a thin base. This model is the most compact and uses the least plastic. It is a bit top-heavy however.
3. 50mL_conical_darkness_storage_canister_body_super-wide_base_v1.stl: This model has an extra wide (8cm diameter) base for tubes you need to remain upright or would like to avoid toppling over.
