Marimex ProStar Profi 6 (Blackstar 6) 6-way valve/container + mandrel seal

I have Marimex BlackStar6 pool filtration several years and I noticed that 6-way valve/container seal (no. 9 on the image) is crushed and I have to tighten the collar almost to the stop. I wanted to buy new seal, but I found none with this diameter (148mm inner) and thickness (12mm). So I made it my way. I also found mandreal seal (no. 8 on the image) cut, but shops were already closed that day, so I made it too.

Valve seal:

• print oriented as is using TPU
• 0.2mm layer height, 7 perimeters, 50% honeycomb infill, seam position “nearest”
• no supports needed
• brim recommended when printing the big one

Mandrel seal:

• print oriented as is using TPU
• 0.2mm layer height, 3-4 perimeters
• no supports needed

The valve/container seal has flat surface with circular channels - they should face up against flat surface of the valve when assembled. Rounded part should face down against skewed surface of the container.

The mandrel seal is symmetric.
