SillySledge Stock PRO with ammo storage

This is a “Pro” version of the previous stock ( https://www.printables.com/model/1336550-sillysledge-stock-with-ammo-storage ). It is a little more sturdy, and has more area for the epoxy to stick. 

 If you used one of my conversion kits to make your SledgeFire shoot Silly Shells, you will need to replace the standard stock with this bad boy. Why? 3 shell storage!

it is in four pieces. The “shell holder” is in two separate parts and has more surface area for any epoxy to get a good bond. I set it up so that the Right shell holder has one slot and the left has two slots. The BOTTOM of the shell holders does not have a filet; it is a straight edge on the bottom-inner edge that will match the straight bottoms of the shell holders.

Construction: What I did was clamp the right stock slide, print side down, flat on a surface. then put a THIN layer of epoxy on the stock section and push in the shell holder. This will give you a visual of where to put epoxy on the shell holder. Add a thin layer of epoxy and put it in the slot. Push it in, then hold it in with tape or clamps so it stays flat on the surface and pushed down firmly in the slot. 

Then repeat for the left.

After they are epoxied, glue in the shell clamps. The Shell clamps have little blocks that glue into the shell holder. These may need to be sanded to fit in. I used regular super glue for those and it works fine. 

Once those are set in, prepare epoxy to stick the two halves together. The pins on the stock help align the stock. Lay the epoxy on rather thin but make sure everything is coated. Then clamp the thing together and leave it alone for a while.
