HyperCube Filament Fan Duct - Thicker Walls

This is a remix of the original V1.2 fan duct with thicker walls. My original fan duct had a small amount of buzzing noise. Maybe I printed it poorly. This duct is a bit stronger and less prone to vibration.

I printed this part in ABS at 230 C. I used supports inside but they are difficult to remove. Try it without supports to see how your printer does.

Update: This duct did not get rid of my buzzing noise. I now think the buzzing is being caused by the shroud on my E3D clone vibrating against the extruder fins. Same area so you can see how I might think it was the filament cooling duct.

Update 1-7-2017: The buzzing was from the Clone E3D cooling fan shroud vibrating against the heat sink. I fixed it with one layer of black electrical tape. This filament fan duct is still a good upgrade because it is stronger.
