Heavy duty turntable

This turntable is designed to 3D-scan heavier parts and can handle loads of at least 70 kg while rotating. Many of the required components can be salvaged from an old 3D printer (e.g. Ender 3, Anycubic Vyper, etc.). Magnets can be embedded in the base plate, allowing you to easily attach scanner markers or reflective targets if needed.

Parts List:

• 8 × 625zz bearings (from V-slot wheels)
• 8 × M5x25 mushroom-head screws (from side wheels)
• 8 × M5 lock nuts
• 8 × spacers
• 8 × washers
• 1 x bearing from top of leadscrew (optional)
• 1 x magnets 10×1.5 mm (available via AliExpress)

Note: The turntable also functions with only 3 of each mechanical part (bearings, screws, nuts, etc.).

Printing Instructions:

• Base: Print with 8 perimeters and 30% grid infill.
• Base plate: Print with 8 perimeters and 50% infill.
