Description

These chair feet are designed to fit chairs legs that are made with 16 mm inside diameter square tubing. I've included three styles of feet. The foot with the rounded end will fit a leg at any angle. Each of the feet has a round recess that will accept a felt self stick pad available from Home Depot. I printed 20 of these pads in ABS for 5 chairs in my home.

I don't see any reason that these feet couldn't be resized for square tubing of different sizes.

Once printed, use a rubber mallet to pound the foot into the square tubing. Add the optional felt pad for a smoother gliding action.

I suggest printing in ABS, Nylon, or TPG for a soft flexible foot. PLA is probably too stiff and might crack.
