This Centauri Carbon panel hinge set is an improvement over our original version. The most significant improvement is the drop-pin feature, which now enables the panel to be quickly and easily removed. Designed for a 7.5 mm spacer.

Recommended filaments for this application:

You want to use a stiffer material for hinges. I have found that Carbon Fiber-enhanced filaments work well. Glass Fiber filaments would also be a good option. Here's a list of what I would recommend based on a few different needs:
