Motorized Roller Shade Replacement Parts for 30 mm Tubes

I bought motors to motorize my Bali Roller Shades. The kit with remote control is available on Amazon.com. They make it easy to remote control roller shades. The only problem was that the motor mount and drive sprocket were for a 38 mm roller tube. My Bali Shades have 30 mm tubes. This design provides the three parts needed to convert the shade motor for use with 30 mm tubes.

I printed the drive piece and end support in ABS. I printed the motor support adapter in TPA so that it would be soft like the original part. Using ABS would also work.

The original end support center post works with the new end support. It snaps right into the new part.
