Description
This is a very simple, but handy bracket to be able to safely attach your Joule Sous Vide machine to a kitchen sink. I've made 3 version, for 25mm, 30mm and 35mm wide sink dividers. It's possible you can scale the closest one to fit your sink.
The point of this was to be able to just the kitchen sink as a big Sous Vide bath. This turned out to be really helpful for our new family hobby; home made cheese. Keeping correct temperature is critical, for a very large 2 gallon pot of milk. What better place than in the sink, right?
