Handle with Care
This is my first custom design, created at my wife’s request for an iPhone 16 Pro car holder in her 2024 MG ZS EV. Please treat it gently.
Assemble the Wedge and Support
Dry-fit the Phone Holder Support into the car’s trim. It should snap in securely—no clamps or adhesive needed.
Apply a thin bead of Super Glue along the straight edge of the Wedge, then press it firmly onto the matching facet of the Support. Allow the glue to set.
Position the Phone Holder Base
With the Support–Wedge unit in place, hold the Phone Holder Base against the Wedge.
Adjust its angle until you achieve the optimal viewing position.
Secure the Holder
Once you’ve found the ideal angle, mark the back of the Holder where it meets the Wedge.
Apply Super Glue to those marked areas and press the Holder firmly into place.
Final Check
Allow all glued joints to cure fully before use.
Insert your iPhone 16 Pro to verify fit and viewing angle.
Your custom car holder is now ready—enjoy hands-free driving!
