Stand for a flower pot.

First of all, this is not my design. I was looking for something to place under my pot with a plant to take it closer to the sun, and discovered this: FLOWER POT STAND MÜNEVVER TEKİN | 3D CAD Model Library | GrabCAD

As you can see, it is beautiful as it can be, but sadly, it wasnt made for 3D print. The geometry was so messed up it couldnt exist in real universe. So I have contacted the creator, and ask him if I can remade this into printable design. He agreed, so I have spent a week trying to fix his models with any software available. If I knew Blender for example, it could have been easier, but I am only normal ingeneer, not sculptor. So, it was really hard (praise me), but finally, here it is.

And yes, I have divided it to the parts, so it can be printed as big as needed.

Printing:

You will need Flower stand - BASE and Flower stand - PIN twice.

Regarding of your choice - because the rectangular BASE PLATE can be either only on the bottom, or at the bottom plus at the top - you will need Flower stand - BASE PLATE part1 and Flower stand - BASE PLATE part2 twice, or four times each. Flower stand - PLATE PIN eight (or sixteen) times. And Flower stand - BOTTOM PIN once or twice - it connects the BASE PLATE with the BASE.

Other than that, nothing special in printing. I have used PETG Midnight Black for everything, because I love that material, and usually everything looks nice, black and shiny. In this case, I admit, I may have choosen something brighter. Whatever, may yet paint the whole thing.

Only thing which needs supports (very few of them) is the BASE. Just let the slicer decide.

Start the printing with the BASE. It is the biggest. If it wont fit your printer plate, then you will know you will have to scale everything. (I had to because of the tree supports. 93% for everything. Just set it in the slicer and you are done with that).

Assembly:

Use two prints of Flower stand - BASE PLATE part1 and Flower stand - BASE PLATE part2 and connect them and glue them together with Flower stand - PLATE PINs. Be aware that you need to have hexagonal hole on the top, so take care to put BASE PLATE part1 next to Flower stand - BASE PLATE part2, then again Flower stand - BASE PLATE part1 and Flower stand - BASE PLATE part2.

Put Flower stand - BOTTOM PIN in the hole, place Flower stand - BASE onto it, then insert Flower stand - PIN. Then slide FLower stand - MIDDLE unioned part 1 on, and continue with FLower stand - MIDDLE unioned part 2. If those two fits, glue them together nicely. Continue with inserting another Flower stand - PIN, and slide FLower stand - MIDDLE unioned part 3. Glue that one to the part below. Then put the second Flower stand - BASE on the top and you are don (or you can add the whole BASE PLATE assembly on the top too.
