Dachfensteranschluss Klimagerät / Roof window duct air conditioner

Hier findet Ihr ein Modell eines 3-teiligen Luftkanals um den Schlauch einer mobilen Klimaanlage mit Außendurchmesser 150mm besser als mit der originalen Halterung an einem Dachfenster befestigen zu können. 

Der Kanal ist insgesamt 38cm breit, kann komplett ohne Stützmaterial gedruckt werden und hält bereits wenn man Ihn nur zusammensteckt. Ich habe die Bauteile noch mithilfe eines Durchsichtigen Klebebandes miteinander fixiert um den sicheren Umgang damit zu Gewährleisten.

So kann der Kanal einfach ins Dachfenster eingehängt werden und hält dort schon von alleine. Rundum habe ich die originale Schürze mit Reißverschluss aus dem Lieferumfang der Klimaanlage verwendet, mir aber noch zusätzlich aus Styrodur Platten Einleger gebastelt die sauber mit dem Dachfenster abschließen.

Gedruckt wurde der Kanal aus PETG. Unten findet Ihr auch die Slicer Projekte mit der richtigen Ausrichtung und meinen Druckeinstellungen.

Here you'll find a model of a three-part air duct for attaching the hose of a mobile air conditioner with an outer diameter of 150mm to a skylight better than with the original bracket.

The duct is 38cm wide in total, can be printed completely without support material, and holds together simply by snapping it together. I secured the components together with transparent adhesive tape to ensure safe handling.

This allows the duct to be easily hung in the skylight and will stay in place by itself. I used the original zippered apron that came with the air conditioner all around, but also made additional inserts from Styrofoam sheets that fit neatly against the skylight.

The duct was printed from PETG. Below you'll also find the slicer projects with the correct orientation and my print settings.
