Portable aircontioning hose adapter 130 to 125mm and 100mm

It seems 130mm hoses for portable AC's are hard to find (in The Netherlands). Someone asked our company if we have the 130mm hoses. We don't. The man already bought a 125mm hose at the local hardware store but that didn't seem to fit. So his next question was if we had adapters. Again, no we don't. But we can design and print one. He wanted two. No problem ofcourse

After some drawing and printing a part of the adapter for testing, I made some changes and came up with this thing.

Customer was happy.

Added 100mm adapter (apparently I made a mistake in my model description, I mentioned 130mm to 100mm, which was actually 130 to 125mm.

One Printable enthousiast printed my model but came to the conclusion his 100mm hose didn't fit. My mistake (sorry). So today I added a 130 to 100mm version.

Do keep in mind: the device is made for a 130mm hose. So 125mm variant reduces the dimensions slightly, also reducing it's performance. So 130 to 100mm is an even bigger decrease in dimensions. The surface area of the hole is reduced to 60%, which is a lot!!! Please make sure all filters, the condenser and the evaporator are clean. Even then keep an eye on the portable AC because the smaller hose is certainly not made for this dimension!
