צירפתי גם נפח גליל של המידה (קצת יותר) וגם כוס מדידה לכל דעה.
לפי הרב אליהו רחמים זייני כזית זה לא עולה על 14 מיליליטר - והוא אפילו פחות מ8 מיליליטר - אזי כוס השיעור של הרמב"ם היא המקסימום האפשרי מבחינת הרמב"ם לכזית.

I have included both the volume of the measuring cylinder (slightly more than the accurate volume) and the measuring cup for each opinion.
According to Rabbi Eliyahu Rachamim Zaini, a 100 ml glass does not exceed 14 milliliters - and is even less than 8 milliliters - so the Rambam's shiur cup is the maximum possible from the Rambam's perspective for a 100 ml glass.
