Stealthchanger Stealthburner backplate v1.1 magnet mod

This magnet mod secures your toolhead firmly in the dock for reliable, repeatable tool changes — no shifting, no misalignment. The magnets are integrated into the back of the dock ( back.stl ), adding minimal print time and material. On the tool side, a flat-head screw on the backplate adds negligible weight and works independently of your hotend.

What’s New (July 8, 2026)

•Added screw holes for the top pins — inspired by a community remix, but redrawn from scratch to fix fitment issues

•Built-in support structure now extends to the pin hole section for cleaner prints without manual supports

•Includes a 3MF file so you can choose whether to include the extended motor mount (standard or +2.5 mm for thicker extruder motors)

•2× 6×3 mm magnets (included with Fystec CNC Shuttle kit)

•2× M3×6 or M3×8 FHCS — must be magnetic (no stainless steel, per TAP guidelines)

•2× tiny self-tapping screws (from Fystec CNC Shuttle kit, optional)
