Rabbit Hole CPAP Blower System for Voron (beta)

I needed better part cooling for my Voron 2.4 printers, using a CPAP WS7040 blower. I have tried a few different designs from Printables and other libraries, but none of them work for my setup/space.

Furthermore, I designed this one mostly from scratch. This setup that integrates the WS7040 blower, electronics, CAN/USB  cables, filament PTFT tube and CPAP air hose in an integrated package.

The main design considerations were:

• Quiet, but not oversized, personal preferences.

• No need for noise deadening material.

• Recirculate cabin air

• Air tight

• Printable

• Retain Voron standard openings, panels and functionality.

• Rear cabin panel can still be removable without tools.

For noise deadening utilized the following:

• 5% Gyroid infill for the “Turbine Cover” with 1.2 Liters volume

• TPU gaskets between all air flow parts.

• Motor vibrations isolation

• Low turbulence path

• Larger air intake (utilized VZboT's tuned pipes x2)

UPDATE 01/05/2025

I have updated the design to include an extra cable for the Nozzle camera I just incorporated in my custom toolhead. I have added some pictures of this version. 

UPDATE 06/15/2026

The current version's development is being halted as I am anticipating the full release of the Bondtech Indx system in which will relocate the complete Rabbit Hole CPAP system to the Top Hat section of the frame. I will post the updated Indx version link in this post.
