Description
I needed better part cooling for my Voron 2.4 printers, using a CPAP WS7040 blower. I have tried a few different designs from Printables and other libraries, but none of them work for my setup/space.
Furthermore, I designed this one mostly from scratch. This setup that integrates the WS7040 blower, electronics, CAN/USB cables, filament PTFT tube and CPAP air hose in an integrated package.
The main design considerations were:
Quiet, but not oversized, personal preferences.
No need for noise deadening material.
Recirculate cabin air
Air tight
Printable
Retain Voron standard openings, panels and functionality.
Rear cabin panel can still be removable without tools.
For noise deadening utilized the following:
5% Gyroid infill for the “Turbine Cover” with 1.2 Liters volume
TPU gaskets between all air flow parts.
Motor vibrations isolation
Low turbulence path
Larger air intake (utilized VZboT's tuned pipes x2)
More information as testing and development continuous.

I have updated the design to include an extra cable for the Nozzle camera I just incorporated in my custom toolhead. I have added some pictures of this version.
