Solder Fume Exhaust 80mm Fan to 100mm duct /tube

Time for fresh air!  

Take a powerful 80mm fan and use it as:

• Solder fume / air exhaust fan
• Inline fan 
• Bring in fresh air by reversing the fan 

The design allows to attach the  100mm tube connectors at both sides to use it as inline fan. For this usecase print ConnectorTube.stl  2x

Print: 

• 5 perimeters

Parts need:

• Fan 80x80x38mm for example Nidec Ultraflow Fan 80mm (V80E12BHA5-57) 12V / 0.6A -…  or similar
• DC12V PWM Speed Controller 4-Pin Fan Speed Controller Type-C USB (Aliexpress aprx.. 5,00 EUR)
• 20x Screw M4x14 + Nuts
• 1x Screw M5x20 + Nuts
• Flexible Tube 100mm (4'') and clamp or cable tie to fix it at the connector

WARNING:   Never run the fan without proper cover / fan grill  - even when you think you know what you are doing!  This is stronger than you might think … believe me…
