Levelor Repair Clip

I developed this repair clip as a remedy for your broken Levelor-branded vertical blind “vanes”.

I was growing frustrated to find these vanes lying on the floor after randomly breaking at the attach holes.

The vanes have a habit of “fluttering” in a slight breeze when the patio door is cracked open, and eventually fail with a broken hole…ugh!

This simple two-piece clip not only registers off of the existing broken hole, it reinforces the entire area around it…ensuring it won't happen again. 

I just used a drop or two of superglue where the two halves meet each other face-to-face.

The only downside is that it adds about ¾" in overall length to each vane you repair….therefore, you'll need to add the clip to all the vanes to maintain the same length from the floor.

I printed these with my Prusa MK3S+ (.40 Nozzle), using Inland brand white PLA PLUS.

There are many shades of white available now (Bone, Pearl, etc…) so match accordingly.
