Description
In Classic BattleTech, a unit in woods receives a +1 defensive modifier for light woods or +2 for heavy woods. Some BattleTech players mark the woods bonus on the unit's movement die, but that can cause confusion as “6” represents no movement and “5” usually represents movement for 0 TMM. The alternative is to either manually pick up each model and check the type of terrain it's in or spend money on separate green dice to mark woods.
With these tokens, you can easily mark the type of woods a unit is in by placing these tokens next to the model and movement die. I use one token to indicate +1 light woods and two to indicate +2 heavy woods, but you may choose to print tokens in light green and dark green to represent the different densities.
This model prints alright with no supports, but for best results, I recommend enabling supports on the bottom overhang of the tree. The .3mf file has that entire surface painted with support enforcement. I printed the examples in the photographs on my Creality Ender-3 V3 SE in Inland green PLA with the stock 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer heights, which took about 8 minutes per model.
