KitCard open sauce robot BOLT

This is BOLT the robot which is the mascot of the open sauce project !

To make things is in the nature of human beings - so everybody is a maker - even if you dont think you are - you are - start - fail - practice and then get better. The path is important.

Only for makers means that you need to take care of some things if you print it.

1. perimeter is 3
2. Infill is min 25% 
3. use only dry filament (important - as you an see on the photos - mine ist not perfect)
4. I printed this one with the ironing option - due to the fragility of some parts that makes some problems - the sharpness of edges is lost - at least this is what i think.
5. Here you as a maker come into play - please let me know if you can get a better print, or if I do have to optimize the model - less very thin edges - like the head peace over the nose , the flash on the breast plate, and the thunder bolt for the head - let me see your pictures an post a make. I already have some ideas for improvement.
6. Furthermore I do think it would help to scale the model a litte bit before printing
7. When removing the card from the printing plate - start at the edges with a round spatula - move from the edges inwards loosen all four edges - dont pull the parts.

Das Erschaffen von Dingen, liegt in der Natur des Menschen - also ist jeder ein Macher - auch wenn du meinst keiner zu sein - du bist es - fang an - scheitere - übe und werde dann besser. Der Weg ist das Ziel. 

“Only for makers” bedeutet, dass du beim Drucken auf einige Dinge achten musst.

1. Außenwände (Perimeter): 3
2. Füllung (Infill): min. 25 % 
3. Verwende nur trockenes Filament (das ist wichtig - denn wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, ist meins nicht ganz trocken gewesen) 
4. Ich habe dieses Modell mit der Bügeln-Option für die Außenflächen gedruckt - aufgrund der Zerbrechlichkeit einiger Teile hat das  Probleme verursacht - die Schärfe der Kanten geht verloren, usw. . 
5. Jetzt kommst du als Macher ins Spiel - drucke das Modell und bitte lass mich wissen, ob du einen besseren Druck hinbekommst oder ob ich das Modell optimieren muss - weniger sehr dünne Kanten - wie das Kopfteil über der Nase, der Blitz auf der Brustplatte und der Blitz für den Kopf - poste einen "Make" damit ich ein Bild davon bekomme wie gut das Drucken gelingt. Ich habe bereits einige Ideen für Verbesserungen. 
6. Außerdem denke ich, dass es helfen würde, das Modell vor dem Drucken ein wenig zu skalieren. 
7. Wenn du die Karte von der Druckplatte entfernst - beginne an den Kanten mit einer abgerunden Spachtel - bewege dich von den Kanten nach innen und löse alle vier Ecken - ziehe nicht an den Teilen.
