I bought one of these common stationary chinese belt sanders for cheap, but the idler roller was broken/missing. So I designed and printed a new one.
The roller slides over the two bearings and gets held in place with a plastic circlip. This might look flimsy, but it has been working for me now for six months of frequent use!
I printed the roller in black PLA with tree supports and random z seam placement so that there is no continuous seam that might end up in a regular bumping.
BTW: If you're looking for the drive roller, I've seen a design on Thingiverse, but I can't find it right now. If you find it, message me or put a comment and I'll add a link here ;)
