Paper cutter Wall mount Cleat

Mounts a Westcott carbotitanium guillotine paper cutter to the wall. Sharing in case someone else has one and wants to wall mount it. Assume it's a fairly obscure thing to want to do. 

Prints with the crew head recesses pointing upwards with no supports. 

Attaches to paper cutter with M4 hardware.  Just line up the cleat to the plastic shroud, mark and drill holes. I used two of the cutter cleats and 1 of the wall cleats.
