Medical staging stand (syringe based medicine)

I made this holder for my non-refreigerated medicine to be staged for use. Since they are stored needle down (with cover on) they can be either be new syringes or pre-staged with medicine already. The model is built around 100U syringes and 5ml vials. 

You can use the spring loaded alcohol prep dispensor if you have some springs (5mm diameter or possibly smaller ones could work) to put under the plate. You can also just stand the preps up in the slot. Standing them up is probably easier but i designed the despenser because it seemed like a cool little project so i added it to the profile in case anyone wants to use it. If you don't print from my 3MF make sure to orient the lid close to the way shown in the image so the layer lines are with the ears on the cover. Having the layer lines be perpendicular to the ears allows them to snap of when they are flexed for installation and removal.

Depending on your printer you may or may not want supports but i was able to get very good results with just a few mm brim and no supports at the shown angle. 

The .step for the syringe and medicine bottle designed for are included in the files if you want to open in the slicer and take measurements to be able to compare sizes to your own before printing.

Spring from this kit on Amazon. There are spaces for up to 5 spring for anyone who might have weaker springs or want to do 4 corners for more balance push. I tried with a single center spring and 2 on opposite corners and both worked ok. With 2 of these particular spring it was almost too much spring force but still worked well.
