3D-Printable Gaskets for Rosahl M-Series Dehumidifier Membranes

Upon request by users I made 3D-printable spare gaskets for all Rosahl M-Series dehumidifier membranes. Those include M-1J1R, M-2J1R, M-3M1R, M-3J1R, M-5J1R, M-7J1R and M-10J1R membranes.

The models have the same shape as the original gaskets which are supplied along with the membranes and also the same height of 1mm. However, depending on the “softness” (shore hardness) of the filament used for printing it might be beneficial to scale down the height/thickness of the gasket before printing (the harder/higher shore value, the less thickness).

I printed some with Polymaker PolyFlex TPU90, see pictures.

Those gaskets can be used with these mounting covers for M-1J1R, M-2J1R, M-3M1R and M-3J1R.
