Mammotion Luba 5 blade cutting disc

New smaller cutting disc fot the mammotion Luba
 

Advantages:

• Enlarged cutting surface thanks to longer blades

• Lighter than the original (<100g), therefore smoother running and less motor load

• Very quiet in operation

• Improved cutting performance thanks to 5 blades each

I printed with extrudr GreenTec Pro Carbon. Please choose a tough Material.
DO NOT USE PLA, PETG or else!

Please also print the attached adapters for mounting the blades. They give them a defined distance from the disc and keeps the blades movable for a slightly longer time.

Use e.g. Ruthex melting inserts M5S for mounting the blades!

The disc is created for the use of Bosch Indego Blades.

Print Settings:

• 0,2mm layer height

• 4 perimeters

• infill 40% gyroid
