XY endstops for Voron Tapchanger.
Y endstop is adjustable
X endstop is fixed but you can adjust it if needed by printing another lever.
- If the endstop is not activated you can print +1 // +5. This lever is 0.1 // 0.5 longer which means it will activate the endstop sooner.
- If there is room between the toolhead and the end of the X axis you could print -1 to -5. This lever is 0.1 to 0.5 shorter which means it will activate the endstop later.
Hardware:
- 3x M3x8 SHCS Two of them to hold the XY endstop mount to the gantry. One to hold the lever to the shuttle.
- 1x M3x10 SHCS To hold the Y endstop mount.
- 4x M2x10 self tapping screws. To hold the microswitches.
- 2x microswitch.
- 2x M3 heat insert. One for Y endstop mount. One for the shuttle, in case you had not inserted before.
Printing. Use standard Voron PFI settings. “XY_endstop_mount.stl” needs support.
This is designed for Voron Tapchanger but you could design another lever for other toolhead.
