Sorry for the bad example print, not use to the new filament.
I used Autodesk Fusion to create the flat model of the headband. Then I curved it using Blenders simple deform, bending it around a sphere placed next to it. I then cut the ends of the flat model and attached them to the bend model as I didn't like how it looked with bent ends. This step depends on your head shape. you can also try just stretching it out in 1 axis to make it fit your head shape better as well.
Attached is one of similar size to the one linked(normal Headband). as well as one with a little bit more length(Long Headband).
The normal length one is suitable for most people.
I wanted a hairband like this one I have been using for a few months now:

However, I wanted it to be easier to print, not balancing on the points but instead on the main band. which print much more reliably. Additionally, i wanted the points to curve inwards slightly. Also I wanted one with a longer ends.
I have added a wave to the main band meaning it is still best to print with a brim which will need to be removed before use (I use a craft knife). If you want to avoid having a brim, then slice the model until the areas touching the print surface are large enough for your printer to not worry about it.
