Core One spool holder

I did print base and washer in PETG and the roll in PLA.

used same screws from original holder just added one more m3 screw for the washer(part is not threaded you make the treads with the screws) there are room to enlarge the hole to 3mm+ and to fold in m3 nuts in the base if you want it more secured .

and need one: 608rs (8x22x7) bearing

and one 6005rs (25x47x12) bearing

and if you want a little more resistance you can print some plastic (petg/abs) plain bearings

spools with up to 75mm hole can be used without it touches the bottom plate.

total length with the 75mm roller is about 103mm

added simple 6005 and 608 bearing

added roll for 75mm spools with no bearings (+ need 608 washer to or can use 608rs and go 50% bearing)
